GEN-Europe publishes news and articles on Ecovillages and the networks regularly:
- on this website (choose in the sidebar on the left of this page)
- in "GEN news" incorporated in Permaculture Magazine
- in European magazines for sustainable living (see the links)
- in a threefolded A4 print version which you can find here as an pdf. For a printed copy contact our office.
The aim is to spread information related to ecovillages and sustainable living in all countries of Europe and:
- establishment of a communication media that functions Europewide
- providing a forum for exchange of know-how
- present a clear solution regarding improvement of life quality and use of appropriate technology
- offer positive examples of successful low-impact settlements
- serve as information to the general public
- inspire ecovillages and related initiatives to become part of the network
- help ecovillage initiatives find their partners and establish strong links with the existing ones.
